4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By enrolling a participant, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and accepts these risks. Footy Academy SV is not responsible for injuries sustained during training sessions, games, or related activities, except where required by law.
5. Medical Authorization
Parents or legal guardians authorize Footy Academy SV staff to seek emergency medical treatment for participants if necessary. All medical costs remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other players at all times. Footy Academy SV reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or repeated rule violations without refund.
7. Media Release
By enrolling, parents or legal guardians grant Footy Academy SV permission to photograph or record participants during training sessions or events for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media and the Website. If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing at contact@footyacademysv.com.
