At Footy Academy SV, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that can affect your child’s participation in our Elite Camps or Clinics. To ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our programs, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Periods:

• More than 21 Days Before Camp Start Date: If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment more than 21 days before the camp start date, you will receive a full refund of your camp fees, less a $25 administrative fee.
• 14 to 21 Days Before Camp Start Date: Cancellations made between 14 to 21 days before the camp start date will be refunded at 50% of the camp fees.
• Less Than 14 Days Before Camp Start Date: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp start date are not eligible for refunds.
  
  

2. Camp Date Changes: Camp date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original camp start date. 

3. No-Show Policy: If your child does not attend the camp without prior notice or fails to complete the registration check-in process on the first day of camp, no refunds will be issued.

4. Medical or Emergency Situations: In cases of documented medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent your child from attending the camp, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Proper documentation, such as a doctor’s note, may be required.

5. Camp Cancellation: Footy Academy SV reserves the right to cancel a camp due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
